I am a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with 25 years of experience in the industry. I live in Eastern Ontario, Canada.
I teach a variety of classes every week. Yoga, Muscle Conditioning, Essentrics and Aging Backwards Essentrics.
ON THE GO
Workout anywhere, anytime.
I currently teach a variety of classes during the week. My specialities include, Step; Aerobics, Muscle conditioning; Essentrics, Yoga and Line Dance. I work primarily with seniors age 50 years old and up though I also teach young adults.
My ability to tailor my workouts to my audience is one of my strong points. I am careful to make sure that the workout suits the age group and the students capabilities.
I am very empathetic and I do my best to make sure that every student feels that they are being heard, seen and valued for who they are as a person and what they contribute the group as a whole.
Above all else – I do my work with a smile!
