Fitness Instructor and Writer

I am a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. I live near Rigaud, Quebec, Canada.


I am the founder of Beth’s Virtual Fitness Studio. I teach a variety of classes every week that you can take in the comfort of your own home. Yoga, Seniors Chair Yoga and Chair Muscle Conditioning, Tabata, HIIT training, Step, Aerobics, Essentrics and Weight Training. I offer effective programs that will help you to meet your fitness goals.

I am excited about my future in the fitness industry and I hope that I can inspire you to get moving!


Workout anywhere, anytime.
I currently teach a variety of classes during the week.  My specialities include, Step; Aerobics, Muscle conditioning; Essentrics, Yoga and Line Dance. I work primarily with seniors age 50 years old and up though I also teach young adults. I am an Older Adult Specialist and I am now a PRO TRAINER with canfitpro, hoping to have a positive influence on the next generation of fitness instructors.
My ability to tailor my workouts to my audience is one of my strong points. I am careful to make sure that the workout suits the age group and the students capabilities.
I am very empathetic and I do my best to make sure that every student feels that they are being heard, seen and valued for who they are as a person and what they contribute the group as a whole.
Above all else – I do my work with a smile!
