I hear the following statements regularly. "I don't have enough time to exercise because of my work or my kids." "I don't have the right equipment to get fit." "I don't have enough money to join a gym or hire a trainer." "Gyms are closed so I can't exercise!" "My disease limits my ability, so why bother?" "I'm too tired to workout!" If any of these sentiments sound familiar, it is because most of us have made excuses for why we can't participate in a regular fitness program.
In June of 2018, I became a PRO TRAINER with canfitpro because I wanted to give back to the fitness community. Helping to shape the next generation of instructors, meant that I could pass on my passion and hopefully encourage any student in my class to reach beyond their comfort zone to become the best that they can be. 2020 was an exciting year for canfitpro because they launched virtual versions of all of their training programs. I was so happy to be a part of this learning
