We are in the middle of summer and it is time for me to put my blog on pause for a month. I want to thank my regular readers for tuning in every week. I started this blog to be able to communicate with my students in a more personal way and it has worked.

This summer I am working on completing my Level 2 Essentrics certification and I am developing the curriculum to teach future students how to teach Group Fitness. I am only teaching a few fitness classes a week this summer so I can focus on these two projects.

I hope that you are using this down time to enrich yourself and expand your own horizons be it learning a new skill or participating in new experiences. As I have told you before, this is what keeps us young. And I hope that you are getting outside to enjoy this incredible summer weather.

Take good care of yourselves as I want you back in classes in September. Keep active and stay hydrated…where’s your glass of water? I hope you have had a few today, if not get to it.
