We are in our last week of the spring session before we start running on a reduced summer schedule at the gym and I have one question for you today.

Did you meet your goals or your expectations this year?

Are you feeling younger? Stronger? Are you more flexible? Have you reduced any of your body pain or eased any of your stress?

I hope that you have answered ‘yes’ to every single one of those questions however even if you have seen a marked difference in your fitness, now is not the time to stop!

Our facility sets a very limited class schedule over the summer but I encourage you to keep active on your own.

If you are not able to find another gym over the summer, I have three fitness videos that you can do in the comfort of your own home two or three days per week and you can supplement these with regular walks to challenge your cardiovascular fitness. Once I receive payment, you gain access to the videos through a private YouTube link. Just send me a message to get started today!

My blog will be going on vacation for next two months but I will be very busy writing my third book. Filming some more videos and starting a new mobile Essentrics business which will bring the fun to you and a few friends.

I will be back in early August with some exciting news about the fall/winter programming!

Please stay healthy over the break. Maybe I will see you in one of my four fitness classes this summer. Try to be outside as much as possible as in our neck of the woods, this beautiful weather only lasts a few months!
