I made some changes to my teaching schedule this winter session and more than a few students have asked me to put my cardio class back in the weekly line up!

In this class you will work your cardiorespiratory system, build muscle and improve the strength, balance and flexibility!

The class begins on February 9th and will run until March 30th from 8 to 8:50am.

You will need a yoga mat and indoor exercise shoes. I provide all the rest of the equipment.

$96 for the session or $15 drop in. You must notify me before coming so that I can make sure to have enough equipment.
