On this Valentine’s day I just want to take a moment to thank all of you for being a part of my classes! I really do love all of my students and the work that we do together! Sometimes I can’t help but smile as I look out over the crowd of students who rarely miss class. This winter has been incredibly challenging with ice and snow and yet you manage to show up and put your best foot forward. There have been plenty of opportunities to make excuses and skip exercise but you keep coming time and time again. This makes me proud and it motivates me to get to class as well. I thank you for this.

I want you to know that I see the effort that you give to your workouts when you are in my classes. I know how hard it is to commit to attending regularly. During my day I see students of all ages and I can tell you that when I compare the physicality of my students, versus those people of the same age who do not exercise, the proof is in the pudding! You are in great shape because you never let things get in the way of your commitment to keep fit!

This gift of exercise that you give to yourself daily is a way of giving love to your body, mind and spirit. While it is not easy at first, I think that we can all agree that it feels better to workout once you know how much better you feel after each session! I know this to be true because of how I feel when there are no classes at the gym for three weeks over Christmas. I cannot wait to get back to work because of how much better I feel physically and mentally.

So on this day celebrating love I want you to remember that I love you. I appreciate you and I look forward to seeing you every single class.

Have a wonderful week and see you soon.

Sincerely,

Beth
