As the temperature starts to drop at night we are all beginning to turn our attention toward September which usually means restarting old fitness routines at the gym. This autumn I will be offering 10 virtual fitness classes a week in my Virtual Fitness Studio. I started giving all of my classes online last March and the response has been amazing. Some people prefer to workout at home until there is a vaccine available for Covid-19 rather than going to the gym, and I am happy to welcome them into my classes.
My autumn session begins on September 14th and I hope that you will be among the many smiling faces staring back at me over Zoom. Your first class is free so reach out to me today as spots are disappearing quickly, and I am only taking so many members so that I can keep the experience personalized!
