Lecture / Book Signing Event: October 3rd from 7-8:30 pm. Pointe Claire Library.

My book, Fundamental Fitness After Fifty – Three at Home Fitness Programs to Keep You Functionally Fit For Life, is a compilation of my life’s work thus far. These are the exercises that I use quite often in my classes and they have kept my students fit for the last 15 years or more. Many of you had been asking for a book and I wrote it in part for you!

I hope that you will join me for this event at the Pointe Claire Library. I will explain my reasoning behind the creation of this book and I will answer any questions you may have about how to use my programs at home. Andrea Dewar, my physiotherapist will be on hand to address any concerns you may have about the exercises in the book. She has purchased two copies, one for her mother so I know that she believes in the exercises!

Books will be on hand for purchase and I will sign your copy!

I realize that when I had my book launch in April, I talked about my career and I did not really discuss the book! I was so excited to have all of my students in one room at one time that I just had to talk about my love of fitness. On October 3rd I will describe in detail how this book can be used as a tool to keep you in shape.
