I am very excited to be giving a free Discover Essentrics class on August 10th. My mission is to introduce this effective, safe, fun workout to more people!
This demo will be held in Chute a Blondeau, a little town in Ontario that borders on Pointe Fortune [10 minutes from Rigaud]. The location is lovely. The Macdonell-Williamson House is a heritage site/ museum that hosts local events. The house was built in 1817 and it is located on the water. They offered guided tours that showcase the museum’s beautiful artifacts and they run a tea house that serves traditional English tea and scones, complete with jam and cream for $5. Even if you cannot make my event, it is a beautiful place to visit if you want a drive out in the country. And they offer gluten free scones!
I am starting a new ‘Essentrics with Beth class’ in the town of Rigaud this coming September. I have been holding classes in my Home Studio since 2007 but I have now secured a location right in town so hopefully I will be able to attract new clients and share my passion.
Please contact me for more information should you want to attend either the demo or my new class in Rigaud.
I hope you are all having a wonderful summer.
