The Ā Elimination Diet

“Remove anger, regret,

resentment, guilt,

blame and worry.

Then watch your health improve.”

I see that many of you are worn down by worry over loved ones. I have a number of students in my classes who are caring for sick friends or aging relatives right now. Remember that worrying only creates more tension and stress, which has a very negative effect on your health.

Try to live one moment at a time and whenever you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, add up all of the things that you have to be thankful for at that very moment.

When you are in class, giving the gift of exercise to your body, be fully present and use it as a vacation from your concerns. Let yourself laugh and enjoy! Hopefully you will leave class feeling refreshed and ready to tackle everything that comes your way.
