Many of you know that I passed my level 3 Essentrics Exam a few weeks ago with a grade of 96%. Yes, I am bragging because this level was very difficult and I want you to know what you are getting when you sign up for my courses. I’m very passionate about my work and I take it very seriously. I’m constantly working on my craft so that I can deliver the best product possible to my amazing students!
In level 3 we learn how to work with clients in a therapeutic manner, addressing various health conditions and mobility issues so that everyone can benefit from this amazing program! I hope to offer a few workshops this coming fall on how to get the most out of any Essentrics workout so stay tuned.
One of my students recently searched for my credentials on the esssentrics.com website and to my dismay it had not been updated since last year and I was still listed as a level 1 instructor when I have been a level 2 for a year and I am now level 3.
I’m guessing that people don’t pass through the levels quite as quickly as I am doing but I’m very motivated to be able to create my own choreography and you can only do this once you are a level 4 instructor. So I am super driven to get level 4 done by this time next year!
For the record, most instructors are quite happy just staying at level 1 or 2 because the choreography’s that we teach are designed by Miranda Esmonde-White, the founder, so we do not have to re-invent the wheel to be effective in our teaching. She has done all of the work for us and we have access to 11 different choreography’s!
Even though I have closed my blog down for the summer, I wanted to send out this quick little update and let you also know that I’m writing another book this summer and I hope to get it out to you by September!
Until then, check back every few weeks because I may have added a surprise post.
Thanks for the support everyone. This is blog number 441. I have been at this since April 2015!! Where does the time go?
