I will be at the Rigaud Library, on June 2nd between 1-3 pm, signing copies of my book. (102 Rue Saint-Pierre, Rigaud, QC J0P 1P0)

If you missed the launch but would like to see the book and meet some of my students, come and enjoy a cup of coffee and spend some time out in my neck of the woods. Rigaud is a beautiful town that offers interesting shopping, hiking and wonderful restaurants. Most of my students live on the island of Montreal however, I train a small group of approximately ten students in my home and they are very proud to have me present my book so close to home.

Many of my students turn to outdoor activities for the summer such as biking, hiking, golfing, swimming and tennis. They don’t join the gym because the hours conflict with these activities. If you are in a similar situation, my book is the perfect addition to your summer fitness plans because you can do one of the three programs that I describe in your home or outside!

Last week, I presented a short lecture to a weight loss group, outlining the importance of adding the exercises listed in my book, to your current routine. I shared the secret to my programming which I talk about extensively in Fundamental Fitness After Fifty. In order to remain functionally fit for life we need to work the muscles that help us to push, pull, lift, bend, squat, lunge, twist and balance. I build all of my workouts around keeping these muscles strong and flexible so that my students can continue to participate in all of the sports and activities that they love!

I am so happy to share my secrets to successful fitness training with new people!

I hope to see you on Saturday or if you would like to me to come and talk to your group, contact me from the Home Page and we can set a date.

See you soon,

Beth
